Newcastle stages 30 days of flat and national hunt racing throughout the year. Set in the 812 acre High Gosforth Park Estate, the racecourse is only 3 miles from Newcastle and is easily accessible.
Highlights of the season include the totesport.com Eider Chase, the Gosforth Park Cup, the Northumberland Plate, Beeswing Ladies Day and the Fighting Fifth Hurdle.
There are a wide range of hospitality facilities available for corporate entertainment, private celebrations or special occasions. These include:
PRIVATE BOX HOSPITALITY
Newcastle Racecourse has 21 Executive Boxes, all well appointed and with views of the parade ring and finish line, some with external balconies
The private boxes at Newcastle seat 8-40 people and all have outstanding views across the racecourse. There are two hospitality packages to choose from when hiring a private box, Gold and Platinum. Each includes:
- Exclusive use of a hospitality box
- Premier Enclosure Badge
- Reception drink
- Three course silver service or buffet lunch
- Afternoon tea
- Complimentary racecard
- Cash or account bar

RESTAURANTS
The outstanding Grand Buffet Hospitality package is available(except festivals) in the Gosforth Park Suite and/or Park View Suite, both with panoramic views of the racecourse. The package includes:

- Grande Buffet lunch

Bookings can be taking for parties from 2 upwards.
Marquee sites and hospitality are also available on request.
FESTIVAL RACING
Newcastle festival racedays are not only the highlight of the racing year in the North East but the social calendar too. These occasions provide excellent racing and a well-dressed well-heeled crowd make sure the atmosphere is always electric!
Tables are available in the Gosforth Park Suite, Park View Suite and the Marquee Restaurant. There are no minimum numbers but parties of less than 10 will be on shared tables.
Private Marquees are available for parties of 30 guests or more. Please note there is a premium for facilities with a view of the racetrack. This applies to the Gosforth Park Suite, Park View Suite, and Row A of the Marquee Village.
All Inclusive Festival Hospitality
The all inclusive hospitality packages offer you and your guests superb value for money and you can relax in the knowledge that you won't run up a substantial bar bill.
Your package includes:

The Premier Plus Package is available on June 25th, June 26th and July 24th and is ideal if you are on a smaller budget but still wish to have the benefits of being in the exclusive marquee village.

- Champagne & canapé reception
- Complimentary racecard
- Afternoon tea
- Private bar/TV/betting facilities
- Reserved seating in the Premier Plus Marquee
