THE EBOR RESTAURANT

The fourth floor of the award winning Ebor Stand is devoted to this luxurious dining experience. Spectacular floor to ceiling windows, grandstand balcony, as well as a terrace with views of the Parade Ring all make guests feel part of the excitement.

A buffet and carvery of gourmet standard, modelled on the grand ocean liners, will serve lunch and afternoon tea.

ROBERTO PAVILION

Located between the Knavesmire and Bustardthorpe Stands, the Roberto Pavilion is a two storey luxury facility with views of the home straight.

Both floors of this stylish pavilion have access to exclusive use of a decking area with views of the track as well as dedicated tote and cloakroom facilities.

For a single price per head you gain access to the Roberto Pavilion itself as well as to the wider County Stand including the Champagne Terrace, and will enjoy a full hospitality package of morning coffee, champagne and canapé reception, 4 course waitress served luncheon, afternoon tea and complimentary bar. WINNING POST RESTAURANT

A brand new location created for 2009 and available for the Ebor Festival in August; these Pavilions are set on a bank next to the famous York clock tower that is opposite the main grandstands, consequently they offer a commanding view of the final furlong and the Winning Post that gives them their name. Flexibility is a key benefit of this area; you may choose to link a number of Pavilions or for smaller parties there is the option of the Winning Post Restaurant that forms part of this complex.

A VIP route will grant access to Parade Ring viewing, Champagne Terrace and wider County Stand facilities should you feel the need to stretch your legs away from the pampered environment of the pavilion itself which has dedicated car park, tote and cloakroom provision. Like the Roberto Pavilion, for a single price you will enjoy a full hospitality package of morning coffee, four course luncheon, afternoon tea and complimentary bar.

As a racecard and racing papers are also included you can relax into your day sporting the White Rose buttonhole and souvenir badge that form part of the package.

KNAVESMERE STAND BOXES

The Knavesmere Stand Boxes are located on the Fourth Floor overlooking the final furlong. They have a capacity of 20, 40 and 50.

The Knavesmire Stand was opened in 1996 and has won Civic Trust and RIBA awards to add to its place in the affections of the York racegoers. Such is its popularity that most boxes are repeat booked year on year.

Affording a breathtaking view across the course from their private balconies the boxes are ideal places to host first time racegoers and to relax into a day of quality sport. 

Please note that since July 2007 this stand has complied with legislation regarding no smoking. It will be possible to smoke on the balcony of your box at the discretion of your host.

MELROSE STAND BOXES

The Melrose Stand Boxes are on the Upper floors overlooking the Home Straight. They have a capacity of 16.

The regular base for many distinguished racehorse owners, this modern stand is at the heart of the action affording splendid views of the track as well as easy access to the Parade Ring.

The 27 boxes spread over three floors are usually used as Annual Rentals however, the Racecourse have decided to retain some for daily usage. Every box has its own balcony and comes fully furnished including York Raceday Television. On each floor there are exclusive totesport betting points and toilets.

Please note that since July 2007 this stand has complied with legislation regarding no smoking. It will be possible to smoke on the balcony of your box at the discretion of your host.

TENTED VILLAGE

Pavilions in the Tented Village have a capacity of 40.

Situated in the heart of the racecourse in the centre of the course with easy access to the Winning Post, Parade Ring and County Stand; these luxury pavilions provide the ideal home for a group raceday, combining private space and sporting excellence. As each pavilion has its own terrace overlooking the 'village green' where a band will accompany you it is possible to create a day to suit your own needs; using the space to entertain or combine hospitality with a demonstration or display. Their flexible nature also allows pavilions to join together for larger groups.
