For meetings other than the Derby Festival the following box and restaurant options are available:

The private box hospitality packages give you an opportunity to take in the panorama of the Downs with inclusive packages that give you less to worry about and more of chance to enjoy hosting your guests.

Both packages have all you need for an evening at the races including your entry badges, food and car parking.

These packages are subject to availability as there are only a limited number of boxes. A minimum 16 guests per box must be booked.

SHARED HOSPITALITY PACKAGES

The shared hospitality packages at Epsom are designed to give you the opportunity to entertain clients, colleagues, friends or family. The packages give you the opportunity to take in all the action on the track (and on stage for the live music nights) with the stunning panorama of the Downs as your backdrop.

The Blue Riband Restaurant hospitality package includes:

  • Exclusive use of private table for the day in the Queen's Stand
